Information:

  • Thanks to modern power electronics, more and more interference pulses are being transmitted to downstream motors. This can lead to high oscillating circuit voltages due to parasitic capacitances (lines, in components) and damage or destroy the motor coil. To reduce or eliminate these interferences (harmonics, EMC), an additional combination filter is inserted between frequency converter and motor.
  • With combination filters, the voltages against the PE are, once again, almost without interference.
  • The table below shows a standard range of combination filters. In addition, we can also specify combination filters (different resonance/clock frequency) specifically according to your specifications, using our calculation computers, and have them manufactured by our trained specialists.
  • Three-phase combination filter nominal voltage Un = 3x 400V consisting of sine filter + three-phase transformer with separate windings, fully wired.
  • Chokes and transformers are vacuum-impregnated with cast resin varnish to reduce buzzing and to increase insulation.
  • We use high-quality choke insulation materials for insulation class T40/F.
  • Connections as terminals or cable lugs, depending on the amperage.
  • All combination filters are computer specified, manufactured with CNC machines, and individually tested, including a high-voltage insulation test at several 1000V.
    CE compliant protection class IP00, installation up to IP21.
