Information:

  • Modern power electronics are transferring more and more interference pulses to the downstream motors. This can lead to high oscillating circuit voltages due to parasitic capacitances (lines, in components) and damage or destroy the motor winding. To reduce or eliminate this interference (harmonics, EMC), a sine filter is also connected between the frequency converter and the motor.
  • Three-phase sine filter nominal voltage Un = 3x 400V, consisting of filter choke and capacitor, fully wired.
  • Chokes are vacuum impregnated with cast resin varnish to reduce humming and to increase insulation.
  • We use high-quality choke insulation materials for insulation class T40/F.
  • Connections as terminals or copper rails, depending on the current.
  • All sine-wave filters are computer-dimensioned, manufactured using CNC machines, unit-tested including a high-voltage insulation test with several 1000V.
    CE-compliant protection class IP00, installation up to IP21
