Information:
- Modern power electronics are transmitting more and more interference impulses to the downstream motors, damaging or destroying the motor winding. To reduce or eliminate this interference (harmonics, EMC), a sine filter is also connected between the frequency converter and the motor.
- Three-phase sine filter nominal voltage Un = 3x 400V, consisting of filter choke and capacitor, fully wired.
- Chokes are vacuum impregnated with cast resin varnish to reduce humming and to increase insulation.
- We use high-quality choke insulation materials for insulation class T40/F.
- Connections as terminals or copper rails, depending on the current.
- All sine-wave filters are computer-dimensioned, manufactured using CNC machines, unit-tested including a high-voltage insulation test with several 1000V.
