Fan transformer with V-circuit
Description
Information:
- The speed of a fan is controlled using a step transformer. For three-phase fans, the V-circuit is usually used.
- To realize the V-circuit, you traditionally need two transformers. We have developed a transformer that combines these two transformers into a compact device. The advantages are: more cost-effective solution, shorter assembly times, shorter wiring times, smaller external dimensions.
- Above all, means that you only need to order one transformer to control a three-phase fan.
- CE-compliant, individually tested with high-voltage test.
- Two magnetically coupled single-phase transformers with economy winding.
- Connection terminals are easily accessible and touch-safe according to DGUV V3. Connection cross-sections correspond to the current ratings.
- All transformers have foot fastenings according to DIN standards for uniform pre-assembly.
- Transformers up to, and including, 2,0 VA can also be supplied with a snap-on mounting for the DIN top-hat rail for quick installation, at an additional cost.
- Input and output fuses are available pre-wired upon request, for an additional charge.
- Low inrush current and therefore suitable for motor protection switches that are suitable for inductive loads.
- Transformers are vacuum impregnated with cast resin varnish to reduce humming and to increase insulation.
- Protection class IP00, installation up to IP21, insulation class T50/B
