Three-phase transformer with attached rectifier

• The DG range is characterized by its robust and simple design. For you, this means a reliable and cost-effective power supply made from standard parts.

• The elongated design of the DG range needs only a small footprint in your control cabinet. Thanks to the shallow installation depth, the devices can be optimally installed between the cable ducts.

• The DG range is designed in such a way that the rectifier plates with the press-fit diodes are always optimally positioned in the cooling current when floor-mounted or wall-mounted.

• The rectifier is based on a three-phase transformer with separate windings in accordance with EN 61558-2-6 with double insulation and increased air and creepage distances – insulation class T50.

• Transformers are vacuum impregnated with cast resin varnish to reduce humming and to increase insulation.

• Low switch-on rush of the transformer and therefore suitable for use with inductive motor-protection circuit-breakers.

• Terminal connection with generously dimensioned cross-section to reduce the voltage drop, and in accordance with DGUV V3.

• Three-phase bridge rectification with varistor protection circuit. Open-circuit voltage adapted for PLC use.

• Ripple at rated current less than 4.9%. Screening available on request at an extra charge.

• The 3.5A – 10A power supplies can be supplied with snap-on fastenings for DIN top-hat rails for a small surcharge.

• All power supplies are computer-dimensioned, manufactured using CNC machines, unit-tested including a high-voltage insulation test in accordance with VDE, CE-compliant, protection class IP00, installation up to IP21.
