- Intermediate circuit chokes are used as a smoothing inductance in the intermediate circuit of frequency converters (I-rectifiers).
- Outside of the standard series listed below, we can also dimension intermediate circuit chokes specifically according to your specifications using our calculation computer, and have them manufactured by our trained specialists.
- Of course, we place great importance on adhering to the specified values during sizing, we produce according to the applicable regulations, and are striving to produce an optimal price-performance ratio for you.
- The intermediate circuit chokes are tested under real conditions (own I-converter) Intermediate circuit choke with two rated points
- Chokes are vacuum impregnated with cast resin varnish to reduce humming and to increase insulation.
- Noise levels depending on size between 70-80 dB(A) (can be reduced to less than 72 dB(A) using special measures)
- High-quality insulation materials for insulation class T40/F to T40/H
- Copper or aluminum windings freely supported on the sheet metal package (improved cooling)
- Connections depending on current strength as cable lugs or flat copper connections.
- All chokes are dimensioned by computer.
- Testing: Piece tested under real conditions using I-converter (inductance characteristic, losses, and noise can be determined in reality), including a high-voltage insulation test with several 1000V.
- CE compliant; protection class IP00; suitable for installation up to IP21
