Description
Information:
Audio frequency suppressors are used to block switching impulses (audio frequencies) from network operators to control systems.
Due to the increasing number of systems that require relatively large amounts of power, such as heat pumps, charging infrastructure, and large cold storage facilities, network operators must be able to influence their operation in order to protect the network from overload and to take advantage of optimal times for charging storage systems or cars.
The switching commands are transmitted via the network using audio frequency signals. As we have more and more of these systems on the network, control interventions are becoming increasingly necessary.
However, there are also disadvantages – these audio frequencies can interfere with a wide range of electronic devices:
- Light flickers
- Devices malfunction or fail more frequently.
If this happens regularly, for example with light, at intervals of 20-60 seconds, repeatedly and spread out over the day, it is predominantly a case of such audio frequency disturbances.
What should be done?
Install one of our audio frequency suppressors in the mains input, always ensure proper protection and have our filter combination block the audio frequency from the system.
What do we need from you?
- Mains voltage
- Mains frequency
- Rated current
- Audio frequency (network operators have different audio frequencies; we need the exact audio frequency from your network operator so that we can block it.)
